This is a high-voltage and high-sensitivity all pole Hall switch chip designed using bipolar semiconductor technology. The chip consists of a voltage stabilization unit, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplification circuit, a temperature compensation circuit, and a collector open circuit output circuit. Working form: Input magnetic induction intensity and output as digital voltage signal. We offer two packaging options, TO92S and SOT23-3L, both of which comply with RoHS standards.
